Talk about luck

As I mentioned before, my friend Hillary and I went to see Coldplay last Thursday....on the lawn, of course. Well, as luck would have it, not 5 min after we sat down we got approached by a staff member for Coldplay offering us 2 6th row seats!! It was absolutely surreal! Here are a few pics. Sorry for the blurriness.....and my rough appearance. NC humidity can be a real downer.. :)

P.S. The concert was amazing, as I expected. Awesome, awesome performers....and they gave everyone a free CD (with 9 songs!) to boot!

I have to admit..

I was totally nodding my head and smiling through several of the things on this list...

Okay, so #3 and #5 are true...

I'm still in mourning over #8...how tragic...

Funny they mention it b/c I've gotten some suspect forwards from my mom lately...funny for sure, but coming from her just a tad bit awkward..

What's sad is that for #17, if it's the 9-something movie we're checking to see how long the movie is. And naps! That's what Sunday afternoons are for, right?

I'm going to have to disagree a little w/ #20....2 buck chuck from Trader Joe's is quite tasty.

So for the past few years I've been in wedding central...probably averaging 6-7 a year, not to mention IN most of those. (Which by the way is an eeeaasy way to go broke) But now, I'm slowly transitioning into baby central. Sometimes I feel a little behind the curve, but then I think, I have a great guy in my life whom I can enjoy whenever I want, I can go to my own house when I feel like it, and sleep through the night w/ no baby monitors screaming at me. I will gladly welcome sharing my house and bringing a baby or two into this world when the time comes, but I'm pretty content for now. :)

In 2 days..

I'm going to see Coldplay, and I might be a litttttle excited. 'Bout time they ventured to Raleigh!

Sooo...

I'm a newbie.

Although you could probably tell by my lack of "blog skills"...(and maybe the fact that this is the first post..duh). I have no idea what I'm doing, I thought this would be fun. And just maybe I'll learn a little something to make my site a little fancier along the way.

I've been enjoying keeping up with some blogs I've come across, and feel a little guilty that I've been a "ghost" and have no space of my own for whoever may be interested. :)

My first blog entry=complete. Yay!
